POLICIES

When booking our on-site hair and makeup services, please review our policies to ensure a smooth experience. We require a non-refundable retainer fee of 20% of your invoice total, which is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. To secure your appointment, a contract of agreement will also need to be signed.

To make your appointment as seamless as possible, please ensure that parking is either provided or reimbursed. We understand that transportation logistics can be challenging, so we ask for your cooperation in ensuring our artists have a comfortable parking option.

The final payment for our services will be charged the day before your appointment, prior to any services rendered. Please note that gratuity is not included in the invoice, but it is always appreciated for stellar service.
