Deco Adamo is taking every necessary precaution and proactive measure to ensure your services are conducted in the most healthy and safe way possible. During this time, we are still OPEN for business and will continue to closely monitor the CDC to keep your health and safety as priority to us while still providing an elite service and unforgettable experience.
how are we handling the COVID-19 pandemic?
Amping up our already aggressive sanitation and hygiene techniques for infection control.
Each person receiving services is required to sign a COVID-19 Release and Waiver of Liability.
Only those receiving services are able to be in room and work space area. We kindly ask if you are getting ready in a hotel that you ensure the space is large enough for social distancing requirements.
Artists are required to set up their workspace 6 feet apart to abide by social distancing requirements. We kindly ask if you are getting ready in a hotel that you ensure the space is large enough for social distancing requirements.
Those receiving services are required to wear a mask throughout their service.
All beauty service providers are required to wear a mask throughout their service.
Each client will be asked to wash and sanitize hands before service.
Service providers will be required to wash and sanitize hands before and after each service.
15 minutes will be allotted in between services to ensure proper sanitization and hand washing between services.
No blowouts will be services. We ask that all blowdrying of hair be done prior to service provider arrival and those receiving hair services arrives with dry hair.
Any team member who shows sign of symptoms, has been in contact with COVID-19, or has recently been ill will be not be allowed to work events. Regulate temperature checks will be necessary before working events.
As much as we want to hug all of our wonderful clients, please no hugs or hand shakes!
If you as a client, bride or bridal party member is displaying signs of sickness we ask that you please reschedule your appointment. If anyone shows signs of sickness we have the right to refuse service. Please note that if services are not rendered due to illness the client is still responsible for the contracted balance due for said service.
If you or any of your bridal party members is immunocompromised we ask that they please not attend the bridal prep services as a tribute to their safety and health.

We understand how stressful this time can be for you and our bleeding hearts are going to do whatever we can to make this situation less painful, while still putting priority on operating our business to continue to provide you with the best service we can.
Should you choose to reschedule your wedding date, we are happy to void your contract and have you sign a new 2021 Bridal Contract of Agreement. Out of courtesy we are transferring all deposits to your new wedding date, however an additional 40% deposit will be collected too secure your new date. There will be a 10% rebooking fee for events scheduled on Prime Saturdays or Holiday Weekends after April 2021. There is no rebooking fee for events scheduled on non-holiday Friday and Sunday dates. Final balance will be due no later than 1 week prior to your new event date.
There will be a $25 late fee for every day that your payment is late.
Please send us your newly booked date so that we can be sure that we can accommodate you. We are recommending that all brides try their best to reschedule for Friday or Sunday event dates or Winter Dates as majority of your vendors are already solidly booked for Saturdays throughout the year.
We make every effort to match you with you originally matched hairstylist and makeup artist for your new event date. If they are unavailable, we will rematch you with a team of equal talent and experience. We are offering 40% off our bridal preview services during this time if we must rematch you with a new artist or stylist.
Do not panic. Our community has come together as one during this time, we will do everything in our efforts to be sure you will receive flawless beauty services on your wedding day.
Should you have to cancel your event, our cancellation policy is to be honored.
We understand your concerns and want you to know that we are here with you every step of the way to eradicate any stress you are experiencing. We ask for your patience, flexibility and understanding through this time as we will be navigating each situation on a day by day basis. We are all in this together and everyone is compromising during this time. No matter what decision you make, your wedding day will be YOUR day and everything you have dreamt of and more.
