I have been blessed to have worked in this industry for 15 years. Over the last 15 years I have been it all. I have been a front desk coordinator, an assistant, a booth renter, a commissioned stylist, a beauty agency owner and a salon owner. I started Deco Adamo 10 years ago with $13 in my bank account and now am proud of running a multi 6 figure agency that represents over 40 hairstylists and makeup artists nationwide. I have curated a company that puts emphasis on providing a luxurious, unmatched experience with each of our brides and clients, while supporting independent stylists and artists to take their careers to the next level.
After years of struggling with my own insecurities around hair density and thinning, I have dedicated a big portion of my career to solving this problem for clients through the art of hair extensions. After 10 years of perfecting my craft and experience with various different methods, I have developed a technique and brand that has transformed my entire career and quickly catapulted me into the “6 figure stylists” club. I have now launched my very own Luxury Hair Extension line, ENVIE Extension Co. and online courses to help coach independent stylists and salon owners on the value of retailing hair extensions to your own clients. With years of experience with a variety of clientele and perfecting my hand tied extension install, I withhold a wealth of knowledge and skills that I aspire to share with my students.
I believe that this industry can be cut throat and defeating. I am on a mission to elevate our industry by providing a luxurious experience for each client in our presence while simultaneously helping stylists take control over their careers. I coach stylists to generate income in more ways than being behind the chair, and provide an unforgettable client experience that will set you apart. I take pride in creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment that allows each student to thrive and am committed to helping my students reach their full potential in this industry.
